Privacy Policy

Public portal pages do not display user data or assessment content. After sign-in, the portal reads your name, student / staff ID, role, and application permissions from LokaAuth to present your personal space.

LokaAuth stores identities and sessions; the portal database does not. The lokandita_sid cookie provides a shared session across Lokandita subdomains and uses HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. LokaAuth manages account language preferences.

Internal failure logs record error categories and service status without passwords, session tokens, service secrets, or response bodies. The portal does not provide self-registration.

For requests to access, correct, or delete personal data, contact your institution administrator or lokanditax@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed according to institutional authority and applicable obligations.
